My research interests lie in human–AI and human–robot interaction, with a focus on user experience and the relationships between humans and intelligent agents. I examine how people perceive, trust, and engage with these systems in real-world contexts.
Grounded in HCI and human factors, my work takes an industrial engineering perspective and uses experimental and data-driven approaches to advance the understanding and design of human–agent systems.
